Although the IUD has been considered a safe and effective form of birth control, women across the globe continue to make claims of misdiagnosed side effects and deteriorating health. Is there a connection being missed between the IUD and its side effects and is the public adequately informed?
SYNOPSIS
The film INNER U DIAGNOSED investigates women’s claims on social media that they are having side effects from the IUD that they were never warned of. The film explores the lack of information available to the public regarding adverse events and offers possible solutions to this overlooked issue regarding women’s health.
